Redemption Rules
- Minimum 500 pts to redeem
- 100 pts = $1 redemption value
- Up to 10% of the order subtotal can be paid with points
- Cannot be combined with the first-order discount, Referral Credit, coupon codes, or other promotions
- 12-month expiry from the date points are issued
- Issued after order completion; reversed on cancellation, refund, or rejection
- Non-cashable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash

AOWEISI Referral Credit — Referral Credit
Every member gets a personal referral link. When a friend uses it to register and place their first order, the referrer earns Referral Credit after the order ships. Independent from the Points system.

5+ successful referrals unlock Premium Referrer status: $20 per subsequent referral and up to 20% of each order paid with credit (vs. 15% for standard members).
Redemption Rules
- Issued automatically after the friend's first order ships successfully
- Standard members redeem up to 15% per order; Premium Referrers (5+ referrals) up to 20%
- Reversed automatically if the friend's order is cancelled, refunded, rejected, or flagged as invalid
- Cannot be combined with points, the first-order discount, coupon codes, or other promotions
- Same Referral Credit and Points cannot be used on the same order — pick one at checkout
- Non-cashable and non-transferable; self-referrals, bulk signups, or fraudulent activity forfeit all rewards
General Rules
- The two systems cannot be combined in the same order. Choose either points or Referral Credit per order; neither can be used with coupon codes.
- All rewards are issued after the order status changes to Completed.
- Refunds result in proportional clawback of issued points or Referral Credit.
- AOWEISI reserves the right to modify this policy with prior notice via official channels.
- Any fraudulent orders, transactions, or referrals will result in immediate forfeiture of all rewards.
