AOWEISI Promotion Terms

Promotion Terms

AOWEISI Promotion Terms

General rules for promotions, discount codes, loyalty points, referral rewards, gifts, and member benefits offered on the AOWEISI brand website.

Last updated: April 24, 2026

These Promotion Terms apply to any promotion, discount, loyalty program, referral reward, gift, sample, member benefit, or other marketing activity published or displayed on the AOWEISI brand official website (the "Website"). Please read this page and the relevant campaign pages carefully before taking part in a promotion, redeeming an offer, or claiming a reward. This page should be read together with our Terms of Service, Payment FAQ, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refunds Policy. Where a specific campaign page, checkout page, or dedicated rule provides more specific terms, those more specific, more recent, or more targeted terms prevail.

Offers, points, referral rewards, and gifts are subject to time, quantity, eligibility, region, and order limits; different offers generally do not stack unless expressly stated.

If an order is cancelled, refunded, rejected, returned, or otherwise reversed, the related points, rewards, gifts, and benefits may be revoked, deducted, frozen, or recalculated.

The Website may correct pricing or promotion errors caused by system issues, and may act against abusive use such as fake accounts, self-referrals, or bulk arbitrage.

SCOPE

1. Scope

What these rules cover.

These rules apply to marketing benefits and promotional mechanics currently or in the future offered on the Website, including but not limited to:

  • Discount codes and promotion codes;
  • New-customer offers;
  • Threshold discounts and free-gift offers;
  • Bundle pricing;
  • Limited-time discounts;
  • Free-shipping campaigns;
  • Gifts, samples, and trial offers;
  • Loyalty points programs;
  • Referral rewards;
  • Member benefits;
  • Event-period exclusive offers;
  • Other promotional arrangements published, displayed, or distributed by the Website.

SUMMARY

2. Quick summary

The key principles at a glance.

To help you understand this page quickly, please note the following principles first:

1. Unless a campaign page, checkout page, or specific rule expressly states otherwise, different offers, discount codes, point redemptions, referral rewards, and gift eligibilities typically cannot be freely stacked.

2. Promotions are typically subject to time, quantity, eligibility, region, or order limits.

3. New-customer offers, member offers, referral rewards, and similar benefits are typically available only to eligible accounts.

4. If an order is cancelled, refunded, partially refunded, rejected, returned, reversed, or adjusted through after-sales, the related points, referral rewards, gift eligibilities, offer eligibilities, and other benefits may be revoked, deducted, voided, frozen, or recalculated.

5. For abusive use, bulk arbitrage, self-referrals, fake accounts, exploitation of system errors, discount codes obtained through unauthorized channels, or other improper behavior, the Website may cancel orders, revoke rewards, close accounts, or take other necessary measures.

6. The Website may, within reason, modify, replace, suspend, or terminate promotions, and correct abnormal results caused by system errors.

TYPES

3. Types of promotions

Common campaign formats you may encounter.

Depending on timing and business needs, the Website may run different types of marketing activities. Common formats include:

Discount / promotion codes — enter a specific code at checkout to receive a discount, benefit, campaign eligibility, or other offer.

New-customer campaigns — specific offers or benefits for users placing their first qualifying order.

Threshold discounts / gift-with-purchase — once an order reaches a specified threshold, a price reduction, gift, add-on benefit, or other specific entitlement applies.

Bundle offers — preset discounts when you buy specified product combinations or sets.

Points and rewards — earn points, reward balances, exclusive benefits, or member perks under the platform rules.

Referral rewards — earn specific rewards by inviting new users or sharing a dedicated link or referral code.

Gifts, samples, and trial perks — eligible orders may receive extra gifts, samples, trial sizes, or other add-on benefits.

ELIGIBILITY

4. Eligibility and applicability

Who and which orders can participate.

Different activities may apply to different users, regions, order types, or product ranges. Unless the campaign page states otherwise, eligibility may be limited by the factors listed below.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions are generally intended for genuine personal consumption and are not intended for bulk stockpiling, resale, distribution, commercial reselling, platform arbitrage, or other non-ordinary consumption scenarios.

If a promotion is expressly limited to one account, one person, one device, one address, one email, one payment account, or one referral code, the Website may identify and restrict duplicate or abnormal claims in a reasonable manner.

If a customer does not meet the eligibility requirements, the platform may refuse to grant, revoke, adjust, or cancel the relevant offer or benefit.

  • Account status;
  • Country or region;
  • Whether the user is a new customer;
  • Whether the user is a registered customer;
  • Whether a specified order threshold is met;
  • Whether the activity is within its valid period;
  • Whether the products fall within the scope of the activity.

DISCOUNT-CODES

5. Discount-code rules

How discount and promotion codes may be used.

Discount codes, promotion codes, campaign codes, or other offer vouchers may only be used within their validity period, applicable scope, and rule conditions.

Unless the checkout page or campaign page expressly states otherwise, only one primary discount code is typically accepted per order.

Discount codes generally may not be: redeemed for cash; resold; transferred to unauthorized parties; applied retroactively to orders already placed; used after expiry; or combined with other offers that do not stack by default.

Codes not officially issued by the Website, of unknown origin, tampered with, expired, abnormally generated, or distributed without authorization may be treated as invalid.

If a discount code activates abnormally due to system, configuration, or input errors, the platform may correct the order amount, cancel the order, or revoke the abnormal offer.

Whether a code may be used together with points, reward balances, gift eligibilities, or other offers is determined by the checkout page and campaign description.

LOYALTY

6. Points, referrals, and member benefits

General rules for loyalty-type rewards.

Points, referral rewards, reward balances, member benefits, and similar entitlements are available only to genuine accounts that comply with the Website's rules.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, each natural person should generally hold only one primary personal account for participation.

The following behaviors are generally not allowed: self-referrals; fabricated referral relationships; using multiple accounts to obtain duplicate rewards; exploiting system vulnerabilities to claim rewards repeatedly; order-splitting arbitrage; borrowing another person's identity or account to obtain benefits; or obtaining activity benefits through abnormal orders.

Based on reasonable risk controls, the platform may grant, use, freeze, revoke, void, or recalculate points, referral rewards, reward balances, and member entitlements.

Unless a campaign page states otherwise, points, referral rewards, reward balances, and member benefits typically may not be redeemed for cash, resold, transferred to a third party, or asserted as equivalent to legal tender.

Specific earning ratios, referral amounts, member tier rules, validity periods, and applicable scope are governed by the corresponding points, referral, member, or campaign pages.

GIFTS

7. Gifts, samples, and add-on perks

How gift-with-purchase and sample offers work.

The Website may offer gifts, samples, trial perks, add-on benefits, or other extras within designated campaigns.

Unless otherwise stated, such gifts or benefits are typically: limited in quantity; available while supplies last; not sold separately; not redeemable for cash; not guaranteed to match the page illustration exactly; and may be substituted with items of equivalent value or type where reasonable.

If an order no longer meets the original threshold after payment, before shipping, or after post-sale processing, the platform may cancel gift eligibility or require adjustment of the refund scope in accordance with the rules.

If the gift has already shipped and the order later fails to meet the gifting conditions due to refund, partial refund, rejection, or return, the related gift entitlement may become void, and the platform may deduct the corresponding reasonable value from the refund or handle it according to the rules.

Final issuance of gifts, samples, and add-on perks is determined by the checkout page, campaign page, order status, and stock availability.

STACKING

8. Can offers be stacked?

When multiple offers can be combined.

Unless the campaign page, product page, checkout page, or specific rule expressly states otherwise, different offers typically cannot be freely stacked.

The actual combination of offers displayed at checkout is generally the final front-end result for the current order.

If the system displays offers that should not coexist due to abnormal configuration errors, the platform may, within reason, correct the result, cancel the relevant order, or adjust the final pricing.

  • Discount code with discount code — typically not stackable;
  • Discount code with certain member benefits — may not be stackable;
  • Threshold discounts with certain gift-with-purchase offers — may not be stackable;
  • Referral rewards with certain first-order offers — may not be stackable;
  • Point redemption with certain discount campaigns — may not be stackable;
  • Free-shipping campaigns with other delivery perks — may not be enjoyed twice.

THRESHOLD

9. How thresholds are calculated

What counts toward promotion thresholds.

Different activities may use different threshold calculation methods — for example, by product subtotal; by pre-discount amount; by post-discount amount; by the actual paid product amount; or by whether shipping, tax, gifts, or specific products are included, depending on the campaign description.

Unless the campaign page states otherwise, the threshold typically does not automatically include shipping, taxes, items that are no longer eligible, or products outside the campaign scope.

If an order no longer meets the original threshold after applying an offer, a partial refund, item changes, item removal, or after-sales processing, the related offers, gifts, perks, or reward eligibility may become void or be recalculated.

Whether the threshold is met is determined by the checkout-page result and the platform's final review.

POST-ORDER

10. Adjustments after refunds, cancellations, or returns

How reversals affect points, rewards, and gifts.

If an order is cancelled, fully refunded, partially refunded, rejected, returned, fails customs, is charged back, or is otherwise reversed or adjusted, the related points, referral rewards, reward balances, gift eligibilities, offer eligibilities, member perks, or other benefits may be revoked, deducted, frozen, voided, or recalculated.

Common handling may include: previously issued points being deducted; referral rewards cancelled or clawed back; reward balances voided or recalculated; gift eligibility voided; discount-code benefits no longer reissued; loss of eligibility because the threshold is no longer met after a partial refund.

If the platform has already issued benefits upon order completion but that order is later reversed due to refund, rejection, or after-sales, the platform may correct the related benefit records under the rules.

For more specific refund and after-sales rules, please also consult our Returns & Refunds Policy.

ABUSE

11. Abusive use, fraud, and restrictions

Behavior that may trigger order or account action.

The following behavior is generally treated as abusive use or improper participation:

Where such behavior occurs, the platform may — with or without prior notice as appropriate — take measures including: cancelling orders; cancelling campaign eligibility; revoking points, rewards, or perks; adjusting order amounts; closing or restricting accounts; refusing future orders; and reserving the right to pursue further accountability.

  • Use of fake accounts;
  • Self-referrals;
  • Bulk account registration;
  • Bulk order-splitting for arbitrage;
  • Abuse of discount codes;
  • Using abnormal codes obtained through unofficial channels;
  • Exploiting system errors or vulnerabilities;
  • Repeatedly claiming benefits that should not be duplicated;
  • Reselling gifts, rewards, or exclusive perks;
  • Repeatedly using chargebacks, rejections, or refunds for arbitrage;
  • Other behavior reasonably deemed abnormal, dishonest, or inconsistent with the purpose of the activity.

CHANGES

12. Changes, suspension, and termination

How the Website may adjust or end promotions.

The platform may, within reason and based on stock, system conditions, laws and regulations, compliance needs, risk controls, supply, campaign performance, or operational considerations, modify, replace, suspend, or terminate any activity.

The platform may: modify campaign periods; modify gift or perk content; adjust eligibility; adjust reward rules; or correct obvious errors on campaign pages, system pricing, or promotion results.

Where abnormal issuance of offers, gifts, points, or rewards results from system failure, configuration error, page error, stock error, technical anomaly, or other abnormal situations, the platform may correct, claw back, or cancel the related benefits.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the platform is not liable for additional compensation arising from reasonable campaign adjustments, save for consumer rights that are mandatorily in force and not revocable by law.

LIABILITY

13. Liability and interpretation

General limits and reading rules.

Promotions, rewards, gifts, discount codes, points, and perks on the Website are generally marketing arrangements and do not constitute statutory cash entitlements, fixed-return promises, or irrevocable assets.

Except where applicable law mandatorily provides otherwise, the platform is not liable for indirect losses, lost opportunities, or lost expected gains arising from campaign anomalies, eligibility limits, correction of technical errors, withdrawal of rewards, or termination of activities.

Where this page conflicts with an individual campaign page on a specific activity matter, the more specific, more recent, or more targeted rule prevails.

Where applicable law grants consumers rights that cannot be excluded, those laws apply within their mandatory scope.
